Snickerdoodle Cupcakes

I tried out this recipe over on Pioneer Woman's Tasty Kitchen and we all thought they were totally deserving of the rave review. They really do taste like snickerdoodles and the icing is light (as in fluffy, not light in calories) and delicious.
