Ever since the new counters were put in, I keep looking at the kitchen from this view and thinking the cabinet of the peninsula needs some help. It just doesn't look substantial enough for the chunky-looking granite.
I'm thinking bead board and maybe some type of additional molding.
I also think maybe I could just do frame molding like this:
