We tested the strength of our library bag after putting a whole bunch of picture books on hold from a blog post's comments here. 

They were a hit. Here's the pile after taking out the ones that weren't our favorites [sorry about the glare]. 

Some of these the kids only liked but most I liked as well. I only made it through maybe a quarter or less of the comments so I need to go back for more recommendations. We finished Nanny Piggins [not pictured here, but read near the same time] that the boys got such a kick out of and we need a new one to laugh over. Wonderstruck has been a little on the too serious side even though they've stayed pretty attentive throughout.
