I've tried about seven different yoga programs and this is by far the best at-home instruction. It's Power Yoga with Adrienne Reed. She is an incredible teacher and even though she is standing through most of the session, has such a knack for knowing a good pace and how long to hold poses. I originally got hooked when I saw her on American Public Television. I don't get the program on public television where I am now and I felt strongly enough to buy all of season one on DVD. That was a great decision and I use them regularly.
Each episode is just the right length - 25 minutes - with kids in the house. It's short enough that they can do some with me or leave me alone to finish and long enough to be beneficial the rest of the day.
